Breeze Cycle Ride

Dr Liz Long and Sarah Barnes are leading their last ladies only cycle ride of the year from Teal's Farm Shop (BA22 7FS near South Cadbury), on Saturday 14th December at 1pm.

It will be an easy back lanes ride at a social pace with time for tea, coffee, cake and a chat after. All you need is a bike, helmet and some enthusiasm.

How about starting the new year fitness drive a bit early...
