Dr Liz Long and her trusted companion Sarah Barnes are leading a ladies only Breeze ride – an easy ride where no one gets left behind, and a great stimulator to get you out on your bike if you’ve left it gathering dust over the winter. This next ride is a bit longer than previous – at 25.5 miles but mainly flat heading out from Castle Cary to the Somerset levels.
